"This was a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service. Robert was able to get me scheduled which could have been same day but I was not able to come in until the following day. He offered to take me back home instead of waiting for the installation to be completed (that kind of hospitality is very rare). I went to eat and by the time I was done, he was calling to let me know that I could come and pick up my vehicle. If you need their services I would recommend them to any and everyone. "Look no further. This place is amazing. Everyone i talked to was super nice and friendly and went above and beyond to make getting our windshield repaired an easy experience. Their prices are the best around to top it off. (Not an insurance claim) We live out of town and our kiddo is in college in Conway and had storm damage. The windshield and wipers were ruined. They let us drop off overnight and had it ready the next morning. They even offered pickup, if we didn't feel safe driving it to them. They sent pictures of where to drop off so there was no confusion. I just got a text saying they were just as nice in person and even threw out the trash in the passenger side when cleaning up the glass!!!!!"

"My experience with Mr. Glass was nothing short of fantastic! I had a damaged windshield and with the drastic temperature changes we’ve been having in Central Arkansas the cracks were spreading quickly. Since I needed a new windshield (which was delivered and installed within 2 days from making the appointment) I went ahead and had them calibrate my ADAS system (safety assist), install new Rain X windshield wipers and repair my power window regulator. Even with the add-ons I spent well under what I was quoted at 3 other auto glass shops! On top of that, the team and owner (Bob Edwards) were friendly and trustworthy. "I was very pleased with the service and hospitality I received from this business. I called about a new windshield. They set me up an appointment for the next morning. I got there 2 hours early, stopped and asked if there was any way they could get me in early, expecting to have to wait. I was in and out of there no later than 45 mins. The workers were very kind and friendly. Their price was about $75 cheaper than other places I called. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a new windshield and/or an oil change! I went to Shane with my Italian car’s broken windshield. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process from day one to completion. There was trouble finding the proper windshield for my car but Shane stayed with it and now it’s installed. Most accidents on the road occur due to human error. ADAS features aim to minimize human error to prevent crashes. Because ADAS features involve cameras, sensors, radar, heating and cooling elements, and other equipment, a process called windshield calibration is now a necessity for the functioning of the vehicle’s safety features. If you replace the windshield in a modern car, all the ADAS equipment is removed and reattached to the new windshield. This is why calibration is a crucial part of the windshield replacement process. ADAS calibration requires the special equipment and expertise of a professional—and Shane at Mr. Glass will be the man for my next automobile windshield replacement."

Installer was very careful and had many years experience at his job and it showed!. Went to pay and the owner discounted the total amount for the mixup. "We had a good experience working with this establishment. They were very helpful. Very fair prices. They also worked with our insurance company. We had a newer car that had to have calibrations done with the windshield replacement. They were able to do that service as well. Many other places in town do not offer that service with the windshield replacement. They also don't tell you if you would need it or not. Be careful who you use for windshield replacement services. Mr Glass did an excellent job."

First thing I noticed was the great communication between the shop and myself when we ran into a hiccup with the supplier in getting my glass here.
