I had a damaged windshield and with the drastic temperature changes we’ve been having in Central Arkansas the cracks were spreading quickly. Since I needed a new windshield (which was delivered and installed within 2 days from making the appointment) I went ahead and had them calibrate my ADAS system (safety assist), install new Rain X windshield wipers and repair my power window regulator. I went to Shane with my Italian car’s broken windshield. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process from day one to completion. There was trouble finding the proper windshield for my car but Shane stayed with it and now it’s installed. Most accidents on the road occur due to human error. ADAS features aim to minimize human error to prevent crashes. Because ADAS features involve cameras, sensors, radar, heating and cooling elements, and other equipment, a process called windshield calibration is now a necessity for the functioning of the vehicle’s safety features. If you replace the windshield in a modern car, all the ADAS equipment is removed and reattached to the new windshield. This is why calibration is a crucial part of the windshield replacement process. ADAS calibration requires the special equipment and expertise of a professional—and Shane at Mr. Glass will be the man for my next automobile windshield replacement."

We had a newer car that had to have calibrations done with the windshield replacement. They were able to do that service as well.
